The login button is greyed out, what can I do?
Alter requires a global keyboard shortcut and specific permissions to work. Ensure these are enabled during Onboarding to access the login button.
How can I change the default model used?
GPT-4-Turbo is the default model. To switch to a different provider and model, go to the Defaults panel in the Alter Preferences.

To change your shortcut, navigate to the Shortcuts panel in the Alter Preferences. It is the first entry labeled "Quick Alter Menu".
